Before discovering the amazing benefits of reflexology and reiki and completing my training I worked as a registered nurse, it was something I loved and felt very proud to do; unfortunately, my back thought otherwise! Although I am no longer nursing I feel privileged to be able to help people through holistic therapy and I apply the same high levels of care, compassion, empathy and confidentiality when treating my clients.

For anyone who suffers from painful foot neuropathy I absolutely fully recommend an hour with Helen for reflexology. A perfect treatment in a relaxing and calming atmosphere, and being able to walk out pain free as if walking on air. A fabulous feeling.
